Impregnation unit
Nowadays, furniture and indoor materials consist of MDF and chipboards covered with Impregnated paper. Wood-based panel (MDF, chipboard, etc.)
manufacturers found the impregnation factories that they need as integration to their foundations.
By meeting their need of impregnated paper themselves, the aim is to reduce expenditures and manufacture products
free from exterior suppliers.
ÇAMSAN A.Ş., having two covering presses, meets all of its impregnated paper needs by its own Impregnation unit.
Overlay, Balance Paper, and Decorative papers, which are needed for production of flooring lam, are also manufactured in this unit.
Decorative, preservative and Balance papers that are imported from abroad as raw materials whose unit-weight is between 70-150 gr/m2 are placer into tambours twice at the entrance of Proses.
There are nine drying ovens that are supplied with LNG. The papers impregnated in the
baths composed of Melamine, Formaldehyde, urine formaldehyde and chemical waste passes
through drying ovens and attaches to the packaging unit to be packaged at desired dimensions.
Radiance degree is determined by the surface of the press panel. The panels that are being used mostly are of the radiance degree %60-65, achieved by HS 18.
Impregnated papers are commonly used in short cycle presses. These are stiffened under heat and pressure.
Storage duration: Under 20 C, in %40-50 moisture, it can be preserved for 3 months as its original form if unpackaged.
